CUSTOM PRINT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This agreement is entered into between SWEDEdishcloths.com, LLC ("Company") and the Customer, under the terms and conditions set forth below regarding the printing and sale of custom graphics on Swedish Dishcloths.
1. White Ink Policy
• SWEDEdishcloths does not print white ink on Swedish Dishcloths due to the presence of Titanium Dioxide, which makes white ink thicker and impedes liquid absorption. • Any white areas in artwork will appear as the natural color of the cloth material.

2. Natural Cloth Color Variation
• Natural-colored Swedish Dishcloths are not bleached and may slightly vary in color from lot to lot.
• Color output may not exactly match the provided artwork due to the natural substrate color.
• Opacity of colors may also differ from the original artwork.

3. Order Cancellation and Returns
• All orders for custom prints are Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable. Customer Initials: ________
4. Test Prints Policy
• SWEDEdishcloths does not charge setup fees and therefore does not provide free test prints or preview photos.
• A physical test print or photo preview can be provided for a $50 fee per design, plus any applicable shipping costs.

5. Shipping Costs for Test Prints
• If the customer requests test prints to be shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

6. Bulk Shipping and Post-Processing
• All custom prints are shipped in bulk without individual packaging or post-processing. • Information cards can be included 1:1 per cloth at no extra charge if requested in advance.
